Frames
Great greenhouse quality starts with a strong rigid frame. Our frames are more than twice as thick as any other greenhouse frame, whether it's a hobby greenhouse or a commercial greenhouse. Made from extra heavy duty guage extruded aluminum, our frames are now fully welded at each joint. This welding process makes for a rigid and durable greenhouse designed to endure the elements and last for decades.

Designed and tested to withstand hurricane force wind loads up to 125mph, and so durable that snow loading isn't an issue.

Paint
Our 3 step greenhouse paint process is meant to last. We etch, prime, and apply 2 coats of high quality catalyzed enamel - providing a smooth amd scratch resistant finish.

Roofing
We use 8mm twin wall polycarbonate on our greenhouses, with UV tint for plant burn protection (like a shade cloth in summer) and yet heat retentive in winter. The 8mm polycarbonate is virtually unbreakable and able withstand extreme weather. The polycarbonate that we use has an impact strength over 200 times greater than glass, and 10 times greater than acrylic. The double wall construction of the polycarbonate structure offers excellent thermal insulating qualities. Each panel is fully sealed, top and bottom. Custom greenhouses utilizing 10mm and 16mm polycarbonate are available as well. Call for a free sample.

Windows
Our greenhouse glass wall systems use all-season, weatherized, and tempered safety-glass sliding windows. The screened windows allow you to close them for less cold air infiltration in winter, and can be opened for maximum cross ventilation in summer.

Doors
Our standard greenhouse entry doors are a full 32"x80" with a screened window. Optional "Pella" full-view glass entry doors, with a brass kick plate, and a brass handled deadbolt are also available.

Fully Assembled
Engineered and built at our factory in ALOHA OREGON we start your greenhouse with heavy duty extruded aluminum, tempered glass and 8mm twin wall polycarbonate. Our experienced craftsmen then manufacture each green house to your specification. After the painting process our proud greenhouse technicians deliver your fully assembled greenhouse to your prepared site.

Deliver in 6 to 8 weeks
